refund, shipping & returns policy

Each Rogue Grey piece is produced in small quantities, inspected by hand, and packaged with care. Because of the limited-edition nature of our scarves, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds except under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, all orders are considered final sale, as production and fulfillment begin immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available if:
  • You canceled your order within 24 hours of purchase.
  • You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered).

All other sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.

3. Exchanges
Due to the limited quantities of each piece, we cannot guarantee exchanges.
If an exception is approved, the item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, and a store credit will be issued once the return is received.

4. Return Procedure (If Approved)
If your order qualifies for a return or refund:
  1. Email hello@roguegrey.com with your order number and explanation.
  2. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Return shipping must be initiated within 7 days of approval.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Items returned without authorization or after the time window will not be accepted.

5. Refund Method
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for funds to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
  • If a return causes an order to fall below a promotional threshold, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.
  • During launches, holidays, or restocks, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship domestically via USPS or UPS.
  • International orders ship via DHL or UPS Worldwide depending on region.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout; we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs, and carrier delays.

7. International Orders
  • All international orders are final sale.
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable.
  • If a package is refused or unclaimed, the merchandise cost may be refunded only after the item is returned to us in its original condition, minus any shipping and handling fees.

8. Quality & Authenticity
Each Rogue Grey scarf is carefully inspected before shipping.
Slight variations in print alignment, silk texture, or color tone are natural results of the production process and add to the individuality of each piece — they are not considered defects.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Rogue Grey is not responsible for packages once they are marked Delivered by the carrier.
If your order appears lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a claim. We’ll assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements for lost items.
